Privacy questions and rights requests go to privacy@meitaim.dev.

Almost nothing. The site has no accounts and no tracking script. The waitlist and the support form are the only places you can type something. The waitlist keeps what you type there. The support form passes the amount you chose to PayNow and keeps nothing.

It sets one cookie, and only if you choose to join the waitlist through Discord. That cookie holds a short-lived value proving the sign-in started here, it lasts ten minutes, and nothing about you is in it. There is nothing to consent to, so there is no banner.

Fonts and images are served from this domain. No request leaves for another host while you read.

Our host records each request in a server log, which includes your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user agent string. That is how any web server works. We use those logs to keep the site available and to stop abuse, and we do not build a profile from them.

When you contact us by email, on Discord, or by any other means, we process what you send: your name, your address on that channel, and whatever the message contains.

When we work together, we also process the details needed to bill you and to keep accurate records.

A product that is not out yet has a waitlist, and joining it is the one place this site stores something about you.

By email

We store the address you type and which product you asked about.

By Discord

We store your Discord account identifier and username, and which product you asked about. If you agree on the Discord screen, we also add you to our Discord server.

We use it to tell you when that product is out, and for nothing else. We do not send anything else to it, and we do not pass it to anyone.

Ask and we delete it, that day. Write to privacy@meitaim.dev.

To answer you

We read and reply to what you send. The basis is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who contacted us.

To provide services

We process your data to deliver work, to bill, and to keep records. The basis is performance of our contract with you.

To meet legal duties

Accounting and tax law requires us to keep certain records. The basis is our legal obligation.

To tell you a product is out

We keep what you gave the waitlist until that product is out or you ask us to delete it. The basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

To protect the service

We use server logs to detect and stop abuse and fraud. The basis is our legitimate interest in protecting our systems.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. These providers process it on our behalf:

Cloudflare

Serves this website and records the request logs described above.

Zoho

Processes and stores billing data.

Odoo

Processes and stores documents you sign.

Discord

Identifies you when you join a waitlist through Discord, and adds you to our server if you agree to it.

PayNow

Takes your payment when you support us, and links your Discord account to give you the supporter role. Your card details go to PayNow, never to us.

We also disclose data where the law requires it.

Server logs

Kept for a short period by our host, then deleted.

Correspondence

Kept while it is useful to the relationship, and to prevent abuse.

Waitlist entries

Kept until the product is out, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

Billing records

Kept for seven years, the period Estonian accounting law requires.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of your personal data.
• Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
• Have your data deleted.
• Have our processing restricted.
• Object to processing we base on legitimate interest.
• Receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.

We answer within one month. If a request is complex we may extend that by two further months, and we tell you inside the first month if we do. If we take no action, we tell you why inside the first month.

You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate, or to the supervisory authority where you live.
